About us
A small team in Vila Mariana, answering the phone since 2019
Procaiber started with one client and one broken online shop. Seven years later we look after 63 sites, and the work is still the same: build carefully, then stay around to keep it working.
How we got here
In 2019 a bakery in Ipiranga called on a Saturday. Their site had been down for four days and nobody was answering. We fixed it that night, then rebuilt it properly, then kept it running. They are still a client.
That call set the rules we still work by. Quote a fixed price. Explain things without jargon. Never leave a client waiting for an answer. When we added automation, AI agents and security to the list, we kept the same habits.
Today we are four people. We take on a limited number of projects at a time, because the maintenance work has to keep getting the attention it needs.

You own everything
Accounts, domains, code and data stay in your name. Leaving us should be easy, even if we hope you stay.
Plain language
No acronym soup in reports. If we cannot explain a decision to your accountant, we explain it better.
Security is not extra
Backups, updates and two factor login are part of every build, including the small ones.

Where we are
Sao Paulo, with clients in four countries
Our office is on Rua Vergueiro, five minutes from Ana Rosa station. Local clients come in for the first meeting when they can. International clients work with us on calls between 9h and 18h Brasilia time, and we overlap with most of Europe and the Americas.
